Abstract

The invention concerns a high-pressure cleaning device with a piston pump with a housing in which is located at least one pump chamber which is connected via an outlet valve to a pressure chamber also located in the housing. The cleaning device also has a pressure line which emerge from the pressure chamber, the pressure line having a constriction designed to produce a flow-dependant pressure difference between each side of the constriction. In order to reduce the size and weight of a cleaning device of this kind and, in particular, to reduce the time necessary to assemble the device, the invention proposes that a cavity connected directly to the pump chamber be located in the housing, a sealed insert being fitted in the cavity to divide it into the pressure chamber on the pump chamber side and an aspiration chamber, the aspiration chamber being connected to the pressure line downstream of the constriction.
