Le tablier de coffrage en une seule pièce de matériau composite comprend un corps enveloppant (2) en plastique moulé qui détermine la configuration extérieure du tablier (1) et qui est pourvu de composants internes noyés de renforcement et d'armature tels que des barres métalliques (3) et/ou des planches de bois (4). Le plastique enveloppant (2) est de préférence du polyéthylène de haute ou basse densité et les barres (3) sont en acier strié ou autre métal ayant des caractéristiques mécaniques similaires. L'invention s'applique à la construction d'appartements, de murs, de toits, de planchers, de poutres et autres éléments de construction d'habitations et d'ouvrages civiles.
