Description
A tight cover transformable in pouring device for liquids containers particularly for edible oil and respective container.
The present invention concerns a tight cover transformable in pouring device for liquids containers particularly for edible oil and respective container.
In prior art by IT-A-82518A/88 (EP-88119453.4) (Olearia di Zero) a cover according to the precharacterizing part of the first claim is known. Similar covers are even described in US-A-3266681 and US-A-337909 these covers having the drawback of missing in tightening, having frequently in the union surfaces leakages.
Purpose of the present invention is to give an absolute hermetic seal of the container before the opening of the plug of the respective cover in connection with a good tight efficiency after first opening action, avoiding seepages.
Containers with sealed cover are known in prior art. These provide generally a pulling tongue realized entirely with the cover that can be open by tearing. In this case, after tearing, it is not easy to find a suitable solution to give a good closure and it is not easy to find an openable plug that is in the same time a pouring plug. Other drawback of the commonly known pouring plugs is that the pouring of the liquid is not controlled in the quantity and often underlies a bubbling effect, or said plugs are not hermetic and therefore allow air transpiring in the container, contributing in such a way to oxidize the product, degrading it.
Purpose of the present invention is to obviate said drawbacks.
This and other purposes are reached with the present invention as claimed, by means of a cover or container with cover, of the type involving integrally in it a diametral openable pouring plug for liquids, realized by a rotatable tongue with inner finned extension sector extending inside the container in closing condition with vertex angle around 90 ° or more, having an upside-down "U" transverse section, its hinge being realized by extension of the cover wall in flexible way, while in the other end presents a clamping-pulling means for its opening by pulling out and rotation, characterized in that: - the semiperimetrical border of said plug with exclusion of said hinging zone, presents a tearing preincision in the integrally realized wall tight cover surface, being said semiperimetrical preincision to facilitate the tearing of the plug in the opening phase by means of traction action through said pulling-tearing means; - the upside-down "U" section of the plug presents an opposite closing wall even on the opposite part of the "V" extension sector, which opposite wall extends solely for a central portion of the internal side of the plug internal extension sector, in order that with its opening , said opposite wall: - takes the plane position of the cover surface and - let two openings, one closely to the hinging vertex to allow pouring the liquid and one diametrically opposite, for the counterflow air passage.
With this solution we obtain the following advantages: - absolute sealing of the container before its before opening; - pouring the liquid without gurgle and in dosed way.
The invention is better understood with the following description and enclosed drawings given for example, in which: Figure 1 represents a top view of the cover with plug in closed condition before tearing, being not illustrated the container.
Figure 2 represents a section view according to the plane Y-Y of the cover in conformity of Figure 1 Figure 3 represents a section view of the cover according to the line X - X of Figure 1 Figure 4 represents the plug of the cover, in open condition if compared to Figure 2 Making reference to the Figures it is understandable that the invention regards a cover (T) or container with cover (L) of the type involving integrally in it a diametral openable rotating pouring plug for liquids (1), realized by a cover wall (pt) and finned extension sector inside the container (4) in closing condition with vertex angle around 90 ° or more (2), having an upside-down "U" transverse section, its hinge being realized by extension of the cover wall (pc) in flexible way, while in the other end presents a clamping-pulling means (3) for its opening by pulling out and rotation, characterized in that: - the semiperimetrical border of said plug (1) with exclusion of said hinging zone (2), presents a tearing preincision (t) in the integrally realized wall tight cover surface, being said semiperimetrical preincision to facilitate the tearing of the plug (1 ) in the opening phase by means of traction through said pulling-tearing means (3); - the upside-down "U" section (4) of the plug (1) presents an opposite inner wall (pv) on the opposite part of the "V" inner extension sector (4), which opposite inner wall (pv) extends solely for a central portion of the internal side of the plug inner extension sector (4), in order that in opening position, said inner opposite wall (pv): - takes the plane position of the cover surface and - let two openings, one (B) closely to the hinging vertex (2) to allow pouring the liquid and one (B") diametrically opposite, for the counterflow air passage.
From the Figures it is furthermore appreciated that: - the end of the plug (1) presents a spout (2') to facilitate the pouring, and the external border of the spout presents a tooth drip breaker to avoid dripping; - said pulling means for the opening of the cover (3) is formed with a ring for insert a finger to the purposes to facilitate the traction; - said pulling means (3) is cashed inside a back ribs couple (1 n); - said "V" finned sector involves in proximity of the inner pouring holed wall (pv), a dents cog couple for maintenance in opening condition (4'). Said cover presents furthermore a cylindric peripheral formed ring with opposite ribs n1 , n2, being the upper semicircular rib open in top of the spout (2') being further internally endowed with annular exterior recess (ra) to allow insertion for rolling of a corresponding border of the container (L) being said cover (T) realized entirely in plastic material.
