Abstract

The new polymers are made by reacting poly-N-acylalkylene imines in which at least some of the N-acyl groups have hydroxyl group substituents with reagents having several groups capable of reacting with hydroxyl groups. Polyisocyanates and aminoplast precondensates are suitable reagents. The new polymers can be used as materials and coatings for hard surfaces.
