Abstract
Das Gerät ist mit einem Horn (17) ganz bestimmter Abmessungen versehen, die eine wesentlich bessere Ausnützung der Konverterenergie gewährleisten und zudem eine Standzeit zur Folge haben, die wesentlich länger ist als die Standzeit bekannter Geräte mit andern Abmessungen. Zudem wird nicht nur eine Absaugleitung (18) koaxial durch das ganze Operationsgerät geführt, sondern zudem auch noch eine Leitung (12) für eine Spülflüssigkeit, und dies so, dass die beiden Leitungen (18, 22) erst an der der Hornspitze gegenüberliegenden Seite aus dem Gehäuse-Deckel (19) austreten, was dem Benützer des Gerätes die Arbeit wesentlich erleichtert. Durch die Anordnung einer ungeradzahligen Anzahl von Piezokeramik-Ringen (1) wird die Gefahr, dass elektrische kapazitive Ströme auf den Patienten übergehen, eliminiert.
