Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de mesure et un dispositif pour mesurer la teneur en eau de produits en vrac, notamment de produits alimentaires pour l'homme et les animaux. Dans une zone contenant un produit en vrac légèrement tassé, on crée un champ de micro-ondes et on mesure la valeur et la phase des micro-ondes émises. On peut alors régler le séchage ou l'humidification en fonction de la teneur en eau. Pour le champ de micro-ondes, on emploiera de préférence un conducteur traversant le produit en vrac légèrement tassé.
