Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil d'enregistrement électronique programmable pour jouer au golf, qui comprend une calculatrice de poche standard programmable du type fonctionnant avec des progiciels interchangeables. Un progiciel mis au point pour le jeu du golf comprend, en plus des données de parcours réelles pour un parcours de golf et des régions mémoire pour un certain nombre de joueurs, une partie de programme de fonctions par laquelle des touches d'exploitation sélectionnées de la calculatrice de poche sont associées séparément aux joueurs et sont utilisées comme touches incrémentielles de compteurs pour les compteurs situés dans les zones mémoires individuelles des joueurs, en vue de l'enregistrement du score pendant le jeu. Un boîtier de protection externe sert à couvrir tout le clavier de la calculatrice de poche et est pourvu de touches extérieures associées aux joueurs, grâce auquelles les touches d'exploitation sélectionnées peuvent être sélectivement actionnées pendant le jeu. Au moyen d'une porte de communication ou d'un terminal, la calculatrice de poche peut être connectée à un processeur externe ou à une imprimante.
