Description

AUTOMATIC EXCHANGING SYSTEM FOR TOILET SEAT COVER
TECHNICAL FIELD
This invention relates to an automatic exchanging system for toilet seat cover for disposing a sanitary cover for an temporary use at its position on the toilet seat and exchanging it in a conventional screen(or film) supply-feeding control mode by the user's simple operation after stools.
BACKGROUND
It is well known that the toilet bowl is provided with stool seat which may be covered with a fabric and people sits thereon bringing his skin into contact on the seat. In the case, the toilet seat'or fabric cover there of would be foul and give an unpleasant feeling to users. Particularly, the toilet seat or cover in the public places, such as hotel, hospital, school and office building and etc., where a patient of the contagious diesease or bacterial contagion has used would infect other peoples with such diesease.
Also, the problems caused by-the unsanitary condition can arise in the home if any one of the family is a patient of the contagious diesease.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
The primary.object of the present invention is to provide an automatic exchanging system for toilet seat cover for an temporary use overcoming the problems mentioned above.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an automatic exchanging system for toilet seat cover comprising a roll of the sanitary unit covers for an temporary use contained in the one of the cylinderical housings, said unit cover having the same opening as of toilet seat, the other housing having inside a roller driven by electric control motor, while said unit cover fed from the roll to the roller it being remained stationary for a certain period, said two housings being mounted on the supporting member in each side of the toilet bowl.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the first embodiment of this invention ;
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A in Fig. 1 ;
Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional .view taken along the line B-B in Fig. 2 ;
Fig. 4 is a view similar to Fig. 2 showing the second embodiment of the present invention.
DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
Fig. 1 shows the automatic exchanging system for toilet seat cover of the embodiment according to the present invention. The system is disposed at the circumference of the conventional toilet bowl(l), having means(2a) for suppling the new unit cover(5) being sequenced by an serial unit and means(2b) for containing the used cover, each of which is arranged in each side of the toilet bowl(l). Said means(2a, 2b) have individual housings(21) in which longitudinal slots(22a, 22b) are individually formed. The housings(21) have their axles for a roll of the cover. The cover from the roll in the suppling means(2a) is drawn by the rotation of the axle in the containing means(2b) and passed through the slot(22a).
Said means(2a, 2b) are respectively mounted on the supporting member(3) having two guide posts(4a, 4b) in each side there of so as to guide the cover(5) in such a manner that the cover(5) contacts the surface of the toilet seat.
The housing(21) contains new roll of cover in which the axle(7a) is inserted. Said two housing(21) are respectively provided with the top cover(15), having levers(10a, 10b) mounted on the side there of. The axle(7b) of the containing means is coupled to the reduction motor(ll).
Said cover unit(5) is provided with the opening(5a) in the same shape as of the toilet seat, having holes(5b) along one side portion for screen(or film) feeding control mode type rolling.
The motor(ll) is controlled by conventional motor control circuit system connected to the device, e.g, photodetector detecting the position of the hole(5b)of the cover(5), so that the motor(ll) is operated to feed the cover(5) in a conventional screen(of film) supply-feeding control mode by pushing the push switch(l2).
Furthermore, while the system embodied in Figs.1-3 has two guide posts(4a, 4b) mounted on the supporting means, beside each of the suppling means(2a) and containing means(2b) so as to guide the movement of the cover(5), alternative embodiment shown in Fig. is also possible. Referring to Fig. , reels(4c, 4d) are mounted on the inside surface of the housing(21) instead of the guide posts(4a, 4b) in Figs. 1-3. Also, the housing(21) has a section in the shape of that of the gourd.
According to the construction of the invention mentioned above, the operation and effectiveness obtainable therefrom are as follows.
The unit cover(5) forms a roll, having an elliptic opening(5a) and holes(5b) arranged in equi-distance.
Said roll is mounted inside the housing(21) of the suppling means(2a) with the top cover(15) opened. The free end portion of the roll is drawn through the slot(22a) of the housing(21) via guide post(4a), surface of the toilet seat (la), guid post(4b) to the axle(7b) inside the housing(21) through the slot(22b), to which the free end is secured. Then, pushing the switch(12), the reduction motor(ll) is operated and moving the axle(7b) in the containing means (2b), thereby causing the unit cover(5) to be rolled out from the roll until the opening(5a) of the unit cover(5) is positioned in conformity with that of the toilet seat, then the photo detector(5c) detecting the time and commanding the control circuit to stop the motor(ll). After user stooling, another user can do with new sanitary cover(5) fed automatically on the toilet seat by simple pushing of the switch(12).
When the power failure takes place, the user can exchange the seat cover(5) by manually operating the levers(10a, 10b). When the covers of the roll have been fed to the containing means(2b), new roll can be readily inserted into the suppling means(2a) and the roll of foul covers contained in the means(2b) can be also readily removed by opening the top cover(15). Furthermore, the sanitary unit cover(5) can be made of a fabric or nonworen fabric, in this case the foul roll can be reuse by washing it. Therefore, according to the invention, it is .assured that peoples can be use the public toilet seat without the danger of the contagious diesease due to the direct skin contact with many peoples.
