• the present invention refers to a device in large food prepara ⁇ tion vessels or the like especially for large kitchens.
• Food in large kitchens is often prepared in large kettles of a volume between 30 and 400 liters. Such kettles are usually pivotally mounted in fixed or mobile supports, so that they can be tilted either manually or by a motor.
