Abstract

The bandage has a net-like tissue (1) that carries supporting bodies (2, 3) having a spherical surface. The supporting bodies (2) have a spherical or similar shape and are made of a plastic material. The bandage allows enough air convection for the wound to heal without any problems. Body heat radiation is limited and no wounds are caused when pulling off the bandage.

Description

Verbandauflage Bandage pad
The invention relates to a dressing pad, in particular for use in a water-repellent wound, heat and spacing plaster, with a tissue.
Bekannte Verbandauflagen nehmen Flüssigkeit auf, also z.B. Known dressing pads absorb liquid, e.g. Tissue fluid and sweat. With a soaked dressing overlay on the wound, it cannot heal. There is a risk of the dressing being adhered to the wound. The patient may experience an unpleasant cold effect as long as the covering is damp.
The invention has for its object to provide a dressing which is not hygroscopic and promotes rapid healing of the wound.
According to the invention the object is achieved by the features listed in the characterizing part of claim 1.
The bandage dressing according to the invention has the advantage over the known of sufficient air convection to allow the wound to heal unhindered. The dressing pad does not absorb water, which is why it can even be exposed to water, for example as part of a water therapy. By using a heat-insulating material, the dressing pad retains body heat. As a result, there is no uncomfortable feeling of cold for the patient. The bandage pad is soft at the pads and very tissue-friendly due to siliconization. The Association Edition adapts the shape of the body surface well and hardly tends to ^ slipping. The punctiform supports of the support bodies counteract pressure ulcers, i.e. bedsores. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are evident from the following description and the claims.
Es zeigen teilweise im SchnittThe invention is explained using exemplary embodiments with reference to a drawing. Some of them show on average

Embodiment of the dressing pad with support bodies that have a shape composed of a hemisphere and a cylinder.
Die Verbandauflage umfaßt ein Gewebe 1 und Stützkörper 2, 3 (Fig. 1).The dressing pad comprises a fabric 1 and support body 2, 3 (Fig. 1).
The mesh-like fabric 1, preferably made of a plastic, can - as shown in the drawing - have a mat-like shape. But it can also be woven.
Das Gewebe bildet den Träger für die Stützkörper 2, 3, die beidseitig des Gewebes 1 aus diesem hervorragen (Fig. 2, 3).The fabric forms the support for the support bodies 2, 3, which protrude from the fabric 1 on both sides thereof (FIGS. 2, 3).
The support bodies 2, 3 have a spherical surface on at least one side of the dressing pad and thus lie there point by point on the body surface to be covered.
According to a first exemplary embodiment, the support bodies 3 have a spherical shape (FIG. 2). It makes the dressing pad usable on both sides. According to a second exemplary embodiment, the support bodies 3 have a shape formed from a hemisphere and a cylinder (FIG. 3), the tissue 1 penetrating the support bodies 3 approximately at the transition from the hemisphere to the cylinder.
In the exemplary embodiment, the support bodies 2, 3 are attached directly next to one another on the fabric 1 (FIGS. 1, 2, 3). Spaces (not shown in the drawing) can also be provided between the support bodies.
In the exemplary embodiments, the support bodies 2, 3 consist of plastic, preferably of STYROPOR. This material allows supporting bodies to be made with a particularly low weight. The support bodies lie above the tissue fluid. When the dressing is removed, there is no tear.
The material STYROPOR also ensures good thermal insulation, which effectively prevents the skin from cooling when using the dressing pad.
When used as a spacer plaster, the dressing pad serves as an intermediate layer for immobilizing fractures. For example, a plaster replacement, e.g. LIGHTCAST, applied as a net, and the dressing stabilized in this way. Since neither the dressing pad nor the LIGHTCAST absorb water, the dressing built up in this way can come into contact with water without adverse consequences and is accessible to water therapy.
The support bodies 2, 3 are suitable for the application of a silicone film. This measure makes the support body tissue-friendly. In one embodiment, the support bodies 2, 3 have a diameter of 5 mm.
The support bodies can also be constructed only as hemispheres (not shown in the drawing), so they do not necessarily have to comprise a cylindrical part.
If necessary, the support bodies on one side of the fabric can have a different diameter and / or different height than those on the other side of the fabric.
In any case, the shape of the support body and the spaces between them allow sufficient air convection.
