1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cautery apparatus using a stony body or a ceramic body generating plenty far-ultraviolet rays wherein an intergrated circuit (IC) is installed therein so as to control temperature, further, a fine medical treatment material in a cell membrane of a drugs is evaporated using a stony or a ceramic body which generates plenty far-ultraviolet rays, further, the evaporated component (including volatile component) then saturates deeply into a body through the skin so as to show a wonderful medical treatment effect.
2. Description of the prior art ϊn the cautery apparatus which were developed and used in various Oriental area in the past the smoke or heat of moxa is exposed to a diseased part directly, or a method of burning moxa using a heat generating tube is utilized, consequently the most methods are primitive and uneffective.
The above said cautery methods using a conventional cautery apparatus has caused often a burn because the smoke or heat is exposed to a skin directly, and also had a defect which soils a treating place because of the burned ashes.
Particularly, such a treatment method using a heat generating tube generates plenty smoke and bad smell because of incomplete combustion, therefore it has given an unpleasant feeling to patients.
Thus a new treatment method and cautery apparatus was requested in order to remove the above said defects.
Further, there was also a problem wherein a cautery apparatus made of the other material except a stony body or a ceramic body which generates metallic heat (near-ultraviolet rays), caused to depreciate the effect as moxacautery, since the said cautery apparatus cannot utilize the component on moxa's efficacy of a medicine and energy completely by burning moxa.
Further, in the conventional cautery apparatus a patient cannot be used to some diseased part such as the back or the waist because of its shape on structure for oneself, so that it was impossible to treat some cautery-prohibited parts such as the face, the eye etc. without an injury or burning the hair.
Especially, by means of the metallic heat (near-ultraviole t rays) upon the conventional cautery apparatus, not only i4. is impossible to evaporate the fine medical treatment material in the membrance of a drugs cell, but also it is impossible to saturate deeply into the body through the skin when it is exposed as it is to any specified part without using moxa by means of the near-
ultraviolet rays, therefore it caused accordingly a weak treating power, thus there was not found such a developed cautery apparatus hitherto like a cautery apparatus using a stony body or a ceramic body which generates plenty far-ultraviolet rays wherein the drugs component is evaporated and injected thereinto as well as the said far-ultraviolet rays can saturate into the body deeply, consequently the circulation of blood may be promoted deeply into the body so as to utilize the original 'treating power as well as to control the heat automatically.

the other medical plants, further a nut (13) is equipped inside of an external cover (7) so as to separate or to connect the external cover (7) from/with an external box (15).
A far-ultraviolet rays assistance apparatus (26) is prepared to be fastened to an external box (15) in the body instead of an external cover (7) so as to shine the far-ultraviolet rays on a diseased part directly.
It has an effect wherein in order to increase the heat insulation effect a ceramic filter (4) and a bakelite plate are laid on the upper side of the heat generating body (1) one by one so as to intend a complete heat insulation as well as to intend to construct and support the stone plate (3), heat generating body (1) and the heat insulation material (4) completely. Moreover, the heat of heat generating body is intercepted to be conducted to the external box of the body, and a ceramic paper is placed inside, thereof so as to insulate the electric current, further a heat insulation case (18) made of silicone is equipped outside thereof.
Besides, a switch box is equipped in which an intergrated circuit (IC) used for automatic temperature control is placed to a code (9) which is connected to the external box (15), further a tuner switch (19) and a graduation indication (20) used for tempera¬ ture control are provided at the side thereof, and a winking lamp is installed at the upper side. The circuit structure of the switch box (22) in which the intergrated circuit (IC) used for automatic
temperature control Is illustrated in the Fig. 4.
As the above described, in a cautery apparatus using a stony body or a ceramic body generating plenty far-ultraviolet rays of the present invention moxa or the other plants are put into the external cover (7), then it is used through inserting a plug (10) Into a plug socket. The working effect will be described therein¬ after refering to the above said structures.
The winking lamp (21) is lighted when the plug (10) is connected to the plug socket so as to be conducted to a nichrome line which is equipped inside of the heat generating body (1), then it generates heat, further the heat is conducted to the stone plate (3) so that moxa or the other medical plants can accept a high heat, then the above said materials will be heated generating steam by means of the said heat, and exhausted through a stainless net (12) of the external corer (7), at this time the component of efficacy of a medicine and energy of far-ultraviolet rays saturate into the skin cell and generate pharmacological phenomenon if the stainless net area is adhered closely to the diseased part.
Further, a switch box used for automatic temperature control (22), in which an intergrated circuit (IC) is placed, is equipped to the code (9) which is connected to an external box (15), when the cautery apparatus of the present invention is used for the back or inside of the clothing, a patient for oneself can control the temperature through confirming, further a tuner switch (19)
placed at the side of the switch box for temperature control is provided so as to adjust the graduation indication (20).
In case that the switch box used for automatic temperature control (22), wherein an IC equipped, is broken down, a handle grip switch (24), which is connected to the by-metal (11), is doubly equipped so as to control the temperature.
Further, a stone plate (3), which was not shown in the prior cautery apparatus, is used in the present invention so that the heat conducted through the heat generating body (1) may be conducted the moxa (8) or the other plants, further, for the said stone plate (3) a stone which accumulates the plenty heat of far-ultraviolet rays so as to hold the remaining heat continuously after a plug (10) is pulled out thereof, consequently it may reduce the electric consumption, further in case of absence of the moxa or the other medical plants it may be also used at home as a heat tueatment method by heating only the stone plate (3), thus the present invention may achieve an electric insulation effect.
For the stony materials suitably used hereby may be indicated as an igneous rock such as a gravel and a granite, and as an aqueous rock like a gem such as an agalmatolite, a steatite etc., and as a mimatite such as a marble etc. The most suitable one are a gem such as a steatite and an agalmatolite.
Particularly, a stone plate (3) made of a gem can absorb moisture, however, It does not absorb the aroma component which is generated when protein, fat etc. are burned, accordingly, an occurrence of a heavy bad smell may be prevented which is occurred in case of using materials such as an iron plate, therefore it causes an effect of which an operator or a patient does not become any unfavourable impression or a hateful impression by a medical treatment and it promotes also a fascination upon treatment.
Furthermore, the radiative heat of far-ultraviolet rays which is generated by using the stone plate (3) is exposed to the skin cell of a human body through moxa or the other medical plants, consequently it brings high heat effect.
In case that it is difficult to get such a stone, then it may use a ceramic body or an enamelled or a coated iron plate instead of a stone.
.The present invention is adjusted so as to be used by putting moxa (8) or the other medical plants into the interior space of the external cover (7), further, it may be exposed and adhered to any point of diseased part by using since the stainless net (12) is made of such a stainless material which i_a., a fine mesh, and it has also an advantage which does not rust, as it is made of a stain¬ less material, further, it has also an effect that the powder of
the moxa (8) or the other medical plants does not adhere to the skin. The mesh dimension of the stainless net (12) was most preferable in 100 to 150 mesh.
Further, the heat generating body (1), the heat insulation material (4) and the bakelite plate (5) are laid on the stone plate (3) one by one, then they are sticked to the bolt support rack (17) placed inside of the external box (15) with the bolt (6), then a ceramic plate is inserted thereinto, further, at the outside the heat insulation case (18) covers the said outside completely so as to obtain an effect for perfect heat insulation. Nevertheless the many vents are punched so as to ventilate the air in order to fall the temperature in the surface of the external box which is touched with the hand.
As the above mentioned, a cautery apparatus using a stony body or a ceramic body generating plenty far-ultraviolet rays of the present invention uses the stone plate (3) so as to conduct the heat to the moxa (8) or the other medical plants,' further the heat loss is prevented completely by using the heat insulation material (4) and the heat insulation case (18), further the cautery apparatus is constructed completely using the bakelite plate (5) so as to make decomposition and construction be easy, thus the said cautery apparatus is a very useful as well as a practical invention in which the component of medical efficacy of the moxa or the other medicl plants may be utilized fully, at the same time it may also
treat and cure any diseased part including the cautery prohibited points by a patient oneself anywhere without injuring the body or soiling the treating place as well as without feeling unpleasant impression or danger.
