Abstract

Optimal results from the combustion in usual fan burners cannot be obtained because of their static regulation and their inability to compensate for changes in air conditions. The purpose of this invention is therefore to keep constant the chimney-flue pressure system by regulating the rotational speed of the fan, thus allowing the burner to be optimally regulated, with the result that pollutants are reduced. Another purpose of the invention is to recover the waste heat that was hitherto necessary to heat the chimney, without detrimental results for the chimney, and to obtain partial condensation of gaseous pollutants by cooling down flue gases, so that these may be mechanically filtered out together with all other solid materials.
