Abstract

Une séquence d'ADN comprenant un oncogène activé, ledit oncogène codant un polypeptide capable de transformer des cellules de NIH3T3 et de provoquer une tumeur lorsqu'il est injecté dans une souris nue, ladite séquence d'ADN possédant une séquence de nucléotides sensiblement identique à celle reproduite à la Fig. 3. L'invention concerne également une molécule de polypeptide codée par un oncogène activé, ladite molécule ayant les propriétés de transformer des cellules de NIH3T3 et de provoquer une tumeur lorsqu'elle est injectée dans une souris nue, ledit polypeptide possédant en outre une séquence d'acides aminés sensiblement identique à celle représentée à la Fig. 3. Enfin, la présente invention décrit une méthode pour traiter une tumeur provoquée par un mas oncogène activé.
