Abstract

A device for carrying out ophtalmological operations comprises a carrier (1), a cutting instrument (9) provided with a fixing element (10) and secured on a spring loaded rod (7) mounted inside the carrier (1) and provided on its other end with a micrometric thread (11). A thrust bushing (14) is fixed on the carrier (1) by means of a micrometric thread (15) whereas the bushing (14) carries an element fixing its position interconnected with a nut which moves the rod (7).
