Abstract
A fluorescent lamp includes a helically shaped glass tube (1a) and a plug setting board (6). Both ends of the tube (2, 2') are fixed to the board allowing the leading wires (4, 4', 5, 5') of the electrodes (3, 3') to be connected to the respective plug (4a, 4a', 5a, 5a').
Description
DESCRIPTION Coil shaped fluorescent lamp
TECHICAL FIELD
This invention relates to a curved fluorescent in which the plug of each leading wire can be connected easily by means of forming way of the bulb shape and setting both end parts of curved bulb through the board.
BACKGROUND ART
In conventional curved fluorescents, the tube type-bulb is curved as U-type shape and curved as U-type shape again so as to be saddle shape so that the diffusion of electric- light can not be even comparatively and, further, it's productivity is decreased because of inefficient 2 step-processes for curving the straight tube type bulb in order to make it as saddle shape.
Further, conventional curved tube shape fluorescent has defect that old fluorescent alone can not be removed for new one because it is fixed to the board, namely, it is not assembling part which can not be easily separated by the users.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a fluorescent in which the tube type bulb is curved as coil shape and both end parts of such curved fluorescent are set through the board so as to permit four plug in parts to project said board in order to enable each of two leading wires from both end parts of said curved fluorescent to be connected with said plug in parts respectively to allow the said curved fluorescent alone to be removed for exchange by means of pulling said plug in parts out of the socket prepared inside the upper case. And such curved fluorescent in coil shape can be easily produced by simple work by curving the straight tube type bulb along the fixed diameter of cylindrical body keeping proper space. So that the mass production of che present invention can be obtained because of the simple processing.
Accordingly, such curving formation according to the present invention can be so ideal for the satisfactory- diffusion of electric light.
The present invention will be explained according to the drawings as follows :
The bulb (1) having curved body (Ia) is formed by curving the straight bulb in coil shape, and both end parts (2), (2') of such curved bulb (l) are prepared as same height and then the leading wires (4), (4'), (5), (5') of electric discharging electrode (3), (3') which are set in both end parts are connected with the respective plug in parts (4a), (4a'), (5a), (5a')set through the plug-setting board (6), and the dent (7a) is formed at the reverse part of said board (6) with which said end parts (2), (2') are contacted respectively, and then the projections (7), (7') formed at middle parts of said both end parts (2), (2') respectively are inserted into said dents (7a).
And, in the present invention, the said curved bodies (Ia) are to be curved keeping space with each other as shown in Fig. 4 so that the effect of diffusion of electric light can be increased.
Such constructed fluorescent according to the present invention can be produced by curving the straight tube in coil shape by only curving process so that can eliminate the conventional complicated two processes of curving work for preparing said saddle shape fluorescent and can have effect of easy production of curved fluorescent which can be removed easily by virtue of the said plug in parts (4a), (4a'), (5a), (5a') set through the said board (6) so that old fluorescent of the invention can be exchanged to new one easily by the users.
Therefore, in the present invention, the defecr that curved fluorescent, stabilizer and lighting tube as well as entire body have to be removed can be dissolved and, further, ean provide low priced curved fluorescent since the fluorescent according to the present invention can be easily produced by forming the shape of fluorescent in coilling method as hereinbefore mentioned so that the cost
of production of the curved fluorescent can be downed because easy process.
