Abstract
Un aparato de control de voltaje suministrado a una carga comprende un transformador que tiene bobinas primarias y secundarias conectadas entre un suministro eléctrico de CA y una carga, donde las bobinas primarias y secundarias tienen una relación de vueltas predeterminada, y un dispositivo interruptor para conectar selectivamente la bobina primaria del transformador en una primera y segunda configuraciones tal que, en la primera configuración, una salida de voltaje de la bobina secundaria se resta del voltaje del suministro eléctrico, y en la segunda configuración, la salida de voltaje de la bobina secundaria se suma al voltaje del suministro eléctrico.
