El gen del factor CAMP del estreptococo uberis (S. uberis) se describe, así como la producción recombinante del factor CAMP. También se divulgan los constructos quiméricos del factor CAMP, incluyendo epítopes del factor CAMP de más de una especie bacteriana. Los factores y las quimeras CAMP incluidas, se pueden utilizar por igual en composiciones inmunogénicas para la prevención y el tratamiento de infecciones bacterianas.The gene of the CAMP streptococcus uberis (S. uberis) gene is described, as is the recombinant production of the CAMP factor.
