Abstract

Dispositivo mezclador de gas combustible con aire para motores de combustión interna apto para ser intercalado en el conducto de alimentación de aire hacia el carburador, en disposición coaxial y en comunicación directa con la boca de entrada de aire del mismo carburador, del tipo que comprende un cuerpo exterior cilíndrico y hueco en cuyo interior se aloja un cuerpo hueco troncocónico cuya base abierta de menor diámetro enfrenta la boca de entrada de aire que define dicho cuerpo cilíndrico exterior, en tanto que, su base mayor abierta se corresponde con la boca de salida del mismo cuerpo cilíndrico exterior. El cuerpo exterior cilíndrico y hueco, el cual presenta tramos roscados internos en adyacencias a sus bases abiertas superior e inferior, que son medio de fijación removible de un anillo roscado de regulación de la entrada de gas dispuesto en correspondencia de la entrada de aire y del citado cuerpo troncocónico interno, que para ello posee rosca externas en adyacencias de su base mayor abierta, al igual que el pico conector que se vincula al mismo cuerpo cilíndrico externo por roscado; completándose al conjunto con la presencia de al menos un par de tornillos prisioneros que atraviesan la pared cilíndrica del cuerpo externo para enfrentarse, respectivamente, con los tramos roscados del cuerpo interno troncocónico y con el anillo de regulación.Combustible gas-air mixing device for internal combustion engines suitable to be inserted in the air supply duct towards the carburettor, in a coaxial arrangement and in direct communication with the air inlet mouth of the same carburettor, of the type comprising a hollow cylindrical outer body inside which is housed a frusto-conical hollow body whose open base of smaller diameter faces the air inlet mouth that defines said outer cylindrical body, while its larger open base corresponds to the outlet mouth of the same outer cylindrical body. The hollow cylindrical outer body, which has internal threaded sections adjacent to its upper and lower open bases, which are a removable means of fixing a threaded ring for regulating the gas inlet arranged in correspondence of the air inlet and the said internal frusto-conical body, which has external threads for this purpose in the vicinity of its open major base, as well as the connecting spout that is linked to the same external cylindrical body by threading; completing the assembly with the presence of at least one pair of captive screws that cross the cylindrical wall of the external body to face, respectively, the threaded sections of the frusto-conical internal body and the regulation ring.
