E\fA1\'s,`of Beloit, in the county of Rock and State of \\'isconsin, have invented a new and useful Improvement for Saturat-ing Paper and Straw# Board with Goal-Tar yor other Tater-Proof Substance; and I do hereby declare thatzthe following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof,`which will enable those skilled in the art .te niake and use the saine., reference being had to the accompanying dra-wings andthe letters of reference marked thereon.
