Havin described my invention. 1- claim 2 1. A t ree piece pressed metal track belt link comprising, in combination, a shoe havinglongitudinal slots near its side edges, andtwo link side members, each having on its lower edge a tongue which goes through one of said slots, and has its lower pro jecting end upset against the lower surface of said shoe.

A link belt 'unit comprising a shoe havin slots through it, and link sides, each of wfiich has a flat to member and side flanges which are turned own from said top memher, said flan es having tongues on their lower edges which pass through the slots in 40 the shoe and are upset against the lower face of said shoe. 1
3, A link belt unit comprising a shoe having slots, and two link sides each comprisa wide middle; top part having downwardly extended flanges along both side edges and two narrow end portions each of which has downwardly turning flanges along the side edges,said downturned flanges being formed with tongues which pass through the slots in the shoe-and are upset against the lower face of said shoe. t. 5. In a track belt link. a shoe having slots thcrethrough. and a link side member comprising a top member and depending flanges having tongues which extend through the slots in said shoe and are secured thereto.
6. In a track belt link, a shoe having longitudinal slots therethrough. and a link side member having tongues projecting through the slots in said shoe and the projecting portion thereof being upset against the lower surface of said shoe.
7. A link belt unit comprising a shoe having slots therein. a link side member formed to comprise a top and depending side flanges. the depending edges of said 7 side flanges bearing upon said shoe. and tongues .projecting from said depending side flanges secured within the slots in. said shoe.
8. A track link belt. unit comprising a shoe, and link side members, each of said I link side members being formed of a single piece of sheet metal bent to comprise a top member terminating in narrow disaligned end extensions forming a continuation of one side of said top member, and flanges depending from each side of said top member secured to said shoe, said flanges extending through said shoe and secured therewith.

A track link belt unit comprising a shoe, and two'parallel link sidemembcrs. each of said side members comprising a top member terminating in disaligned extensions, and flanges depending from the sides of said top member and said disaligncd ex tensions secured to said shoe, said link side member being relatively arranged with each other whereby. the rear extensions will fit within the forward extensions of an adjoining link. thercb forming a rail of substantially uniform width. and tongues dcpending from said flanges and secured through said shoe.
10. In a track belt link, a shoebaving longitudinal slots therein, and a link side member, said link memberlmving a top member terminating in a narrow extension at each end and flanges dependingfrom the top member and the extensions thereof. said flanges on each side of the top exten sions having tongues projecting into and secured in the slots in said shoe.
