Plt.-41 1 Claim ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A large, vigorous, productive nectarine tree which produces large, semi-cling, yellow-fleshed, yellow-skinned fruit, both moderately streaked with red, similar to the Autumn Grand Nectrine of U.S. Plant Pat. No. 2,894 in color but not as bright and ripening on or about October 1, three or four weeks later than the Autumn Grand. In shape, it is more like the Independence Nectarine (unpatented) but substantially larger.
- the present new and distinct variety of nectarine tree is of vigorous growth, a regular bearer and of particular significance in its production of fruit which mature from September 25 to October 5, coincident with the ripening season of no other nectarines known to me. Its fruit are of excellent quality, of large size and good flavor, and of attractive appearance. The fruit is semi-cling, yellowfleshed with a red blush and yellow-skinned with red streaks.
