PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR ELASTIC BINDING Application December 15, 1934, Serial No. 54,435

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Harry Henry Busch, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Wyomissing, in the county of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Elastic Binding, of which the following is a specification: reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a face view of elastic binding embodying my ornamental design.

Figure 2 is a section along line 2-2 of Figure 1.

Figure 3 is a face view of the same elastic binding embodying my ornamental design as shown in Figure 1, but folded back on itself.

Figure 4 is a section along line 4-4 of Figure 3.

Figure 5 is a rear view of Figure 3.

All of the figures are enlarged approximately two and one-quarter times actual size, which in the reduction to patent size will show the binding somewhat larger than actual size.

I claim:

The ornamental design for elastic binding as shown and described.
