Be it known that I, Walter C. Jackson, a citizen of the United States, residing at Rahway, in the county of Union and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a, Bicycle Fender Flap, of which the following is a, specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a face view of the bicycle fender flap, showing my new design, and Figure 2 is a cross section taken at about the plane of the line 22 of Figure 1.

The ornamental design for a bicycle fender flap, as shown.
