Specification forming part of Design No. 9.776, dated March 6, 1877; application filed February 2'4, i877. [Term of Patent 34} yearn] To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, JoHN FISHER, of the city of New York, county of New York, and State of New York, have invented and produced n new and original Design for a. Pettern to be In wrought into Two or Three Ply, Ingrnin, and other Carpeting, in such colors as may he desired; and I do hereby declare that the photographic print accompanying this specification does give and con vey to any one skilled in the art of carpet-weaving a more definite and thorough description of the nature of my invention than it is in the power of language otherwise to convey, and it is sufficient to enable any one skilled in the art ot'carpet-weaving to use my invention.

What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is--- The configuration ol' the design hereunto annexed, when made by lining in wrought into two or three ply, ingrztin, or other carpeting, in the form similar to the photographic print accompanying this specification.
