PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A FOOTED TUMBLER OR SIMILAR ARTICLE To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Robert S. Lazenby, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Tampa, county of Hillsborough, State of Florida, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Footed Tumbler or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
In the drawing,
Figure 1 is an elevational view of a footed tumbler showing my design; and Fig. 2 is a top plan View thereof.
The essential feature of the design resides in the formation of the bowl of the tumbler in an upper and lower part, each of which parts are of substantially the same height and are separated by a bead, which latter corresponds in depth to a corresponding head at the top of the foot of the tumbler, the greatest diameter of the top part being substantially greater than the diameter of the base, the top and bottom parts being curved, with the curvature of the top of the lower part and the curvature of the bottom of the upper part substantially alike, and the bottom of the lower part and the top of the lower bead being defined by a single line, while the lower curved sides of the lower part directly merge into the ends of said single line to form an angle, the sides of which latter are each of convex form.
I claim:
The ornamental design for a footed tumbler or similar article substantially as shown and described.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto signed my name to this specification.
ROBERT S. LAZENBY.
