Fig. 3 is a view in cross-section of an upper portion of the panel mat shown in Fig. 1 enlarged relative to Fig. l and taken on the lines 3 3 and viewed in the direction indicated by the arrows; and

Fig. 4 is a view in cross-section of the panel mat taken on the lines 4 4 in Fig. 2 and viewed in the direction indicated by the arrows. Fig. 4 is drawn to the same scale as Fig. 2.
