Be it known that I, Solomon Putman, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Newark, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Buckles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a top plan view of a buckle showing my new design, and

Figure 2 is a side elevation thereof.

Figure 3 is a transverse vertical sectional view on the line 33 of Figure 1.

The upstanding bead or rib at the crest of the convex or oppositely beveled top surfaces of the buckle is a dominant feature of the design.
