Be it known that I, Robert E. Locher, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Staten Island, in the county of Richmond, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In said drawing,

Fig. 1 is a plan view of a spoon showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a fragmentary rear view showing the upper end of the spoon;

Fig. 3 is an edge view corresponding to Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 is a section taken on line 4-4 of Fig. 1.

The dominant feature of the design resides in the ornamental appearance produced at the end of the spoon handle (or the handle of a similar article of tableware) by the rounded and overlapped lip at the back of the central panel, as shown particularly in Figs. 2 and 3.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
