Be it known that I, VERGIL C. LIPSCOMB, a citizen of the United States and a resident of the city of St. Louis in the State of Missouri, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shoes, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a. part thereof:
