Be it known that I, WILLIAM H. ROTHE, a citizen of the United States, residing at Irvington, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Gem Setting, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
