PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN AUTOMOBILE RADIATOR ORNAMENT OR SIMILAR ARTICLE poration of Michigan Application February 27, 1933, Serial No. 47,342
Term of patent 7 years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, CHRIS J. KLEIN, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at 13315 Ptochedale Avenue, Detroit, in the county of Wayne, and State of Michigan, and I, JOHN R. NIORGAN, a citizen of Guatemala, Central America, residing at 2588 Yorkshire Road, Birmingham, in the county of Oakland, and State of Michigan, have invented a new, original and ornamental Design for an Automobile Radiator Ornament or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawings forming part thereof.
Fig. 1 is a side elevation of an automobile radiator ornament or similar article, showing our new design.
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the same.
Fig. 3 is a front elevation of the same.
The dominant characteristics of the design are the three heavy rolls extending from slightly forward of one ear, around the back of the head, to slightly forward of the other ear, in conjunction with the heavy folds in the veil which harmonize therewith; the perfectly erect head to give the fanciful female figure an austere dignity; and the arms and veil configured and arranged to extend outwardly and upwardly, simulating wings.
We claim:
The ornamental design for an automobile radiator ornament or similar article substantially as shown and described.
CHRIS J. KLEIN. JOHN R. MORGAN.
