PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A COMBINATION MANICURE IMPLEMENT AND TWEEZERS Application May 23, 1933, Serial No. 48,194

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, RAYMOND W. COOK, a citizen of the United States, residing at Bristol, county of Hartford, and State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Manicure Implement and Tweezers, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming part thereof;

Fig. l is a perspective view of the combination manicure implement and tweezers in opened position;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the combination manicure implement and tweezers, and

Fig. 3 is a top View of the combination manicure implement and tweezers.

Term of patent 7 years The tool according to the present invention is characterized by the provision of handle members having undulating contours adjacent their attached ends, such ends blending into the end of the nail-file member which is extended beyond the ends of the handle members. The handle members diverge toward the opposite end of the tool to a point from whence they cross each other to constitute tweezers. The exterior surfaces of the handles are ornamented by the provision of colored strips of material.

The ornamental design for a combination manicure implement and tweezers, as shown and described.
