Be it known that I, EDWARD WITTCOFF, a citizen of the United States, residing at University City, county of St. Louis, State of Missouri, have invented a certain new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hat, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in

which Figure 1 is a side elevational view, Figure 2 is a front end elevational view, Figure 3 is a top plan view, and Figure 4 is an inverted plan view of a hat embodying my design.

I claim The ornamental design for a hat substantially as shown.
