Be it known that I, CHARLES \V. SWAPP, of the eity of Lowell, county of Middlesex and State of lllussziehusetts, have invented and produeed a new and original Design for a Pattern to be luwrought into Two or Three Ply, Ingruin, and other Carpeting, in sneh colors as may be desired; and I do hereby declare that the photographic print aeeonr panying this specification does give and eonvey to any one skilled in the art of carpet weaving a more definite and thorough deseription of the nature of my'ini'ention than it is in the powerot' language otherwise to convey,

and it is suflicienl; to enable any one skilled in the art 01' carpet-wearing to use my invention.
