DESIGN FOR AN ELECTRIC CAP PLUG Application filed Kay 13, 1931.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that REUBEN ECKSTEIN, a citizen of the United States, and resident of New York city, in the county of Bronx and State of New York, has invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Electric Cap Plug, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a top plan view of an electric cap plug showing my new design;
Fig. 2 is a front elevational view thereof; and
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the electric cap plug showing the new design.
The electric cap plug constituting the subject matter of the present design consists of a cylindrical base portion having on its exterior cylindrical face fluting extending from the top thereof and downwardly with- Serial No. 39,829. Term of patent 14 years.
out reaching the bottom thereof, this cylindrical base portion being surmounted by an integral upper portion which is also substantially cylindrical in shape and having a diameter less than the diameter of the base portion, the upper portion also having extending wing elements formed with the concave knurled surfaces proportioned to fit wholly within the contour of the base portion. The top surface of said upper portion is formed of a flat surface and has a transverse depressed channel extending centrally and midway between the wing portions, the plug also having a round passage extending centrally therethrough and through said channel.
I claim:
The ornamental design for an electric cap plug substantially as shown and described.
