PATENT OFFICE ALFRED E. ISCHINGER, OF READING, PENNSYLVANIA, ASSIGNOR TO BERKSHIRE KNITTING MILLS, OF WYOMISSING, PENNSYLVANIA, A CORPORATION OF PENN- SYLVAN IA DESIGN FOR A STOCKING Application filed October 19, 1929. Serial No. 33,120. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, ALFRED E. ISOHINGER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Reading, in the county of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Stockings, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
The drawing is a rear perspective view of a stocking embodying my ornamental de- S1 11.
This design has the general effect of a triangular ornamentation above the heel por tion of a stocking, and is formed of angularly bent lines, right-angled extensions of a vertical central line forming the base, and angular approaching extensions from the other end of said vertical line and from the ends of said right-angled extensions forming partial sides of such triangular figure, the spaced ends of said sides having inturned continuations in spaced parallel relation to said base, vertical central line, and angular side lines, as shown.

The ornamental design for a stocking, as shown and described.
