Be it known that I, ORLANDO RICHARD RECCHIA, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oranston, in the county of Providence and State of Rhode Island, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shoe Buckles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In said drawing, Fig. 1 is a front face View, and Fig. 2 is an edge view of a shoe buckle, showing my new design.

The ornamental design for a shoe buckle as shown.
