Be it known that I, \VALTEI: ED\VARD SMITH, a citizen of the United States, residing at \Varwick Downs, in the county of Kent and State of Rhode Island, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shoe Buckles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the azcompanying drawing, forming part there- 0 In said drawing, Fig. 1 is a front face View, and Fig. 2 is an edge View of a shoe buckle, showing my new design.
