To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, GEORGE F. PARKER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Newburyport, in the county of Essex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plate or Analogous Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Term of patent 14 years.

The dominant feature of the. design consists of the border ornamentation.

The ornamental design for a plate or analogous article, substantially as shown and described.
