Be it known that I, TRUMAN S. CALDWELL, a; citizen of the United States of America, residing at Racine, county of Racine, and State of Wisconsin, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for 21 Tire, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawforming a part thereof.
