To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Orro HEINIGKE, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original Design for a Pattern to be Inwrought into In grain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs aceompanying this specification, or in other eo1- ors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do hereby declare'that the drawings accompanyin g this specification do give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpetweaving e defined and thorough description of the nature of my invention and are suflicient to enable any one skilled in the art of earpetweaving to use my invention.

WhatI claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The configuration of the design hereunto annexed, when applied to carpeting, in the form similar to the drawings or photographs accompanying this specification.
