The hard hat environment shown in broken lines in FIG. 1 and hook and loop fastener strips shown in broken lines in FIGS. 1-9 form no part of the claimed design.

The nature of this product is a pouch, such as a flexible foldable pouch, that can be worn on a person, for example attached to the inside of a person's hat, such as a construction hard hat, to contain various items. In one form, the pouch can be a wallet for holding currency.
