The broken lines shown in the drawings of FIGS. 1-7 represent portions of the outsole and toe cap and welt for footwear that form no part of the claimed design. The shaded surface area up to the boundary line on the toe cap, the two solid lines on either side of the toe cap and the bottom welt shown in three solid lines around the base of the shoe form part of the claimed design.

  1. We claim the ornamental design for an outsole and toe cap and welt for footwear, as shown and described.
