Be it known that 1, WILLIAM L. MANN, a citizen of the United States, residing in the borough of Manhattan, city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Badges, Pins, Buttons, or Similar Articles of Manufacture, of which the following is a specifieation, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

The background of the emblem around the white figure and lettering is red, blue and red, as indicated symbolically in the drawing in accordance with the rules.
