Be it known that I, GLEN S. HUMPHREY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Powder-Container or Similar Receptacle of which the following is a specification, reference being iad to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
Figure l is a side elevation of a powder container or similar receptacle embodying my design.
Fig. 2 is a plan view thereof.
F ig. 3 is a sectional view on the line 33 of Fig. 1.
The present design is an improvement over my prior Design Patent #54748 Specification for Design.

granted to me on March 23rd, 1920, and the distinguishing feature which characterizes the same from my prior patent consists in reducing the size of the upper end of the body of the container and forming the same of circular configuration in cross section, the lower end being of a similar configuration to that illustrated in my prior patent. By this formation the sides of the receptacle are flared downwardly and the distinctive shapes are merged into each other at a point at the medial portion thereof.
