Be it known that I, MARTHA HALOWELL CONNOR, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of Baltimore, State of Maryland, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Sifter-Top Can or Similar Receptacle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof wherein- Figure 1 is a side elevation,

Fig. 2 is a top plan View,

Fig. 3 is a section on line 3-3 of Fig. 1, looking downward, and

Fig. 4 is a section on line 44 of Fig. 1, looking in the same direction.

Term of patent 14 years.

The desi n is different from that shown in my Design Patent N 0. same issued July 13, 1920, in that the can shown herein is narrower at the base from side to side, and deeper from front to back, producing a more chunky appearance at the base and more nearly vertical sides. Furthermore, the fiat facets extending down each side are continued substantially to the bottom of the can.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a sifter top can or similar receptacle, as shown.
