Be it known that I, THEODORE: A; Moon- TEN, a citizen of the United States, and resi dent of the borough of Manhattan, city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Spats, ofwhich the following is a specification.

Reference is to be had to the accompanymg drawings in Which F gure 1 1s a slde elevation of a spat embodying my new design; Fig. 2 is a front elevation thereof and Fig. Sis a plan View.

It is to be understood that my claim includes all substantial equivalents of my design as shown.
