Correction in It is hereby certified that the assignee in Letters Patent No. 50,084, granted December 19, 1916, upon the application of Paul R. Smith, of New York, N. Y.,

for a design for an Emblem or Similar Article, was erroneously described and specified as Toy Manufacturing Association of the U. S. A., whereas-said assignee should have been described and specified as Toy Manufacturers Association of the U. S. A.; and that the said Letters Patent should be read with this correction therein that the same may conform to the record of the case in the Patent Ofiice.
