To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, VICTOR E. BLOM, a citizen of the United States, and resident of the borough of Brooklyn, county of Kings, city and State of New York have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Vest or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

The figure is an elevation or front View of a vest showing my new design therefor.

The design comprises a representation of the lower portion of a vest, upon which the Specification for Design.

buttons and pockets are represented. The central portion is made to appear to overlap and the upper edge, at its central portion, is curved to represent a dress vest. The ends are narrowed down to projecting strips upon which the fastening means are shown.

I claim The ornamental design for a vest or similar article substantially as shown and described.
