Specification for Design.
Patented Aug. 31, 1915.
Application filed January 15, 1914. Serial No. 812,348. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, HARRISON HURLBER'I Boron, a citizen of the United States, residing at Forest Hill, in the county of Queens and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Gage-Case, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
Referring to the annexed sheet of drawings, Figure 1 represents a front elevation of a gage case made in accordance with my new design, and Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof.
My new and ornamental design for a gage embodies an annular casing having the front thereof inclosed with glass, a dial plate bearing indicia being positioned behind the glass within the casing, and visible therethrough. The dial plate is further provided with two apertures in the same plane near its lower edge, these apertures being in alinement with corresponding apertures provided in the back or rear of the casing on each side of the cylindrical member formed integral with the back of said casing, the upper part of which member merges into the outer surface of the back of the casing, as shown in Fig. 2. The cylindrical member is provided at its lower end with an outwardly flaring portion and a depending portion, as shown in Fig. 2.
I claim The ornamental design for a gage case, as shown and described.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand in the presence of two subscribing witnesses, this 14th day of January, 1914:.
HARRISON HURLBERT BOYCE. Witnesses:
